	Graduate School of Telecommunication and Information Technology In December 2005 I gave guest lectures at GSTIT on: ICTs and economic growth Access, competition and infrastructure In spring 2006, I taught a course on corporate strategy and telecommunications.
	Denmarks Tekniske Universitet I am a member of the International Advisory Board of the CICT.
	Learning Initiatives on Reforms for Network Economies I participate in the work of LIRNE. I have taught on LIRNE courses for regulators in Singapore, Denmark and Guatemala.
	Regensburg Universitaet I gave a one week course on competition in mobile telecommunications markets in January 2003.
